All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of your order but in most cases will be dispatched the same day if possible. Due to Covid the delivery time has been extended and the handle time of products has been extended as well. Please be sure that your item will get to you but will be a little longer Due to covid.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally due to circumstances outside Waifudvd control, delivery delays may occur.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard International shipping is shipped though Australia Post please allow 2-4 weeks for Delivery

All duties and fees charged by the customer’s country of residence are paid by the customer and are the customer’s responsibility to check and calculate these and are not included in the international shipping fee.
